Responsibilities:

• Lead the Scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices;
• Resolve any conflicts, issues, and impediments that might occur during the development process;
• Support the product owner or key stakeholders through the development process;
• Manage and monitor the progress and performance of the scrum team to ensure that sprint and product goals are achieved;
• Coach, mentor, and support the scrum team to achieve a higher level of scrum maturity – ensuring that the team will eventually be self-organizing;
• Foster healthy team dynamics based on Scrum and Company values; and
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and key stakeholders to improve current processes and frameworks.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and written skills
• Knowledgeable in different Agile Methodologies, not just Scrum
• Excellent facilitating and coaching skills
• Has exceptional people management skills
• Familiar with Agile Software Engineering Practices
