We are looking for a Scrum Master to help promote and uphold the practice of Scrum within White Cloak. As a Scrum Master, you will work closely not only with fellow Scrum Masters but also with product owners and key stakeholders to deliver top-notch products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices;
- Resolve any conflicts, issues, and impediments that might occur during the development process;
- Support the product owner or key stakeholders through the development process;
- Manage and monitor the progress and performance of the scrum team to ensure that sprint and product goals are achieved;
- Coach, mentor, and support the scrum team to achieve a higher level of scrum maturity – ensuring that the team will eventually be self-organizing;
- Foster healthy team dynamics based on Scrum and Company values; and
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and key stakeholders to improve current processes and frameworks.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Knowledgeable in different Agile Methodologies, not just Scrum
- Excellent facilitating and coaching skills
- Has exceptional people management skills
- Familiar with Agile Software Engineering Practices
