Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software (e.g. Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Work with fellow engineers for code review
• Contribute to all stages of development including designing, coding, reviewing, and testing
• Collaborate with Lead Software Engineers, Testers, and SMEs to ensure product is delivered.
• Enhance, and improve coding practices.
• Ensure software engineering standards are in place such as unit test code coverage
• Documents system components.
• Create, and maintain product features

• Working experience with Flutter

• Onboarding: Onboard and mentor newly hired engineers to ensure they can effectively contribute to the team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar leadership role in software development.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and coding best practices.
• Proficiency in [specify the languages, platforms, or frameworks your company uses].
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative, scalable, fault-tolerant software solutions for our clients and customer base;
• Participate in all aspects of agile software development including design, implementation, and deployment
• Contribute production-ready code that is clean, reusable, modular, maintainable, easy to understand, and easy to change;
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Developers to ensure project success
• Ensure system performance, availability and uptime are within acceptable SLA and respond to incidents.

Skills & Qualifications

• At least 6 years of actual Java project experience
• DevOps (Mindset & Practice)
• Excellent analytical, deductive and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong Java (preferably version 1.8) and SQL background
• Experience in Spring Framework, Spring Boot and React JS is a must
• Solid Experience in writing unit tests
• Exposure to other technologies like containerization; reliable system designs
