Learning & Development Intern

Whitecloak is looking for a dynamic and motivated Learning and Development Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the L&D team in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees through innovative training programs. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of corporate training and development.

Responsibilities:

Training Program Support: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of training programs and materials
Research and Analysis: Help analyze feedback from training sessions to identify areas for improvement.
Administrative Duties: Help maintain training records, track employee participation and progress, and schedule training sessions while managing the training calendar.
Communication and Collaboration: Help communicate with trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of training programs.
Special Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the L&D team, such as a remote keynote session, a Hackathon event, etc.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (if applicable).
Has strong interpersonal skills and is capable to help in facilitating LnD events
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a keen interest in learning and development.

Marketing Intern

We are looking for a Marketing Intern who will help our team in growing a new social media platform.

Key Responsibilities

Support in Social Media Management:
- Collaborate with product manager in developing and implementing marketing initiatives.
- Support in analyzing social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
Collateral Creation:
- Design visually appealing and on-brand marketing materials like short-form videos, instructional videos, infographics, and other general publicity materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual content.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all collateral.

Qualifications and Skills:

Open to individuals with a background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or those with previous experience in executing marketing activities for a project.
Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends.
Proficient in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Capcut, Adobe Suite, etc).
Willing to work in-office, when needed, especially for tasks related to creating marketing content that involves capturing videos and photos with real people

Key Responsibilities

Learn about our AI chatbot product inside and out, understanding its capabilities and value proposition, with the end goal of identifying potential customers and industries where our chatbot solution can make a significant impact.
Support the team in prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing client relationships.
Consistently grow our email list of leads within our ideal customer profile. Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Assist in client meetings and presentations, demonstrating our chatbot’s features and addressing customer needs.
Respond to inquiries from our social media pages.

Qualifications and Skills:

Open to individuals with a background in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or a related field, or those with previous experience in executing sales initiatives for a project.
Passion for technology, especially AI and its applications in customer service and sales.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and compellingly.
Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a growth mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges.
Patience and persistence in data scraping, especially when dealing with large volumes of data to obtain email addresses and conduct cold sales outreach.
