Whitecloak is looking for a dynamic and motivated Learning and Development Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the L&D team in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees through innovative training programs. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of corporate training and development.
Responsibilities:
- Training Program Support: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of training programs and materials
- Research and Analysis: Help analyze feedback from training sessions to identify areas for improvement.
- Administrative Duties: Help maintain training records, track employee participation and progress, and schedule training sessions while managing the training calendar.
- Communication and Collaboration: Help communicate with trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of training programs.
- Special Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the L&D team, such as a remote keynote session, a Hackathon event, etc.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (if applicable).
- Has strong interpersonal skills and is capable to help in facilitating LnD events
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a keen interest in learning and development.
