This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, and cold outreach to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their software needs, and proposing tailored solutions to address their requirements.
- Collaborate with the internal technical team to align solutions with client expectations and ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including contract negotiation and finalizing agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and expand professional networks.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in the software development industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong network of contacts within the software development industry and the ability to generate leads independently.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
